We held our 6th annual Hap Hoy Memorial Golf Tournament on September 6, 2002. Proceeds from the tournament benefitted Boys and Girls Club of South Hampton Roads and Junior Achievement of Greater Hampton Roads. The tournament raised $15,000 and Hoy Construction matched this amount, providing a total of $30,000 split equally between the two charities.

Throughout the year Hoy Construction has donated labor to various projects for United Way agencies and other charitable organizations. Some of the organizations that benefitted from our services were Hope House Foundation, The Girl Scouts Council of Colonial Coast, Goodwill Industries of Hampton Roads, Seton House, Candii House and D'Art Center.
